6th Sense Project Overview
Introducing Group 22 and Prevent & Deloza: Group 22 and Prevent & Deloza, leaders in the military and defense sectors, have partnered to launch the revolutionary 6th Sense system. Prevent & Deloza designs and manufactures the product, while Group 22, with over 20 years of experience, leads international sales.
6th Sense is an intelligent system designed to protect police officers, firefighters, soldiers, and other special units who are exposed to life-threatening situations while performing their duties to ensure the safety of others.
6th Sense is a 3-part connected system:
-
A sensor sewn into the sleeve of the shirt at the wrist.
-
A main hardware unit connected to the sensors via cables, which are also sewn into the shirt alongside the sensor.
-
An application that monitors the user's location and vital signs, managed by a supervisor overseeing the system wearer.
Innovation: The system operates without Bluetooth, using advanced technology to monitor and analyze vital signs, providing supervisors with real-time data on team members' performance. It includes a panic button that sends instant alerts in emergencies.
Benefits:
-
Advanced functionalities, including a panic button and real-time location tracking.
-
Adjustable, waterproof, and temperature-resistant hardware.
-
High data security with double encryption and accurate GPS tracking.
How does 6th Sense protect the user?
The sensor sewn into the shirt measures the user's vital signs—breathing, heart rate, and stress levels—and transmits this data to the main unit, which the user carries on their hip (in a designated pouch or pocket).
The main unit utilizes machine learning, meaning it learns the user’s specific and individual baseline vital signs in different states—such as rest or physical activity. As a result, if abnormal readings occur—for instance, if the user's heart rate becomes too high—the system detects this, triggering a safety alert to the supervisor via the application, signaling that the user may be in a life-threatening situation.
The main unit also detects differences in acceleration. For example, if the user falls from a height, is shot, or experiences any other high-impact situation involving strong G-forces, the main unit detects the event and sends another safety alert to the supervisor, indicating that the user is injured and in need of assistance.
Additionally, the user can manually trigger a panic button, which has the same effect as a safety alert, notifying the supervisor who can immediately dispatch help to the user.
The supervisor is always able to see the user’s location, as the main unit includes precise GPS tracking that continuously sends location signals.
